Since life will always be challenging at times, one cannot underestimate the importance of learning to feel potentially competent to deal with complex and unpredictable problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">One of my aspirations is to share an alternative and hopeful future with you and to teach you how to develop resilience in the face of adversity. It seems increasingly vital that exposure to such knowledge be available, especially when hopelessness and distress can too often lead to mental health problems.
