Les s\u00e9ances se concentreront sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper une bonne estime de soi<\/li>\n<li>apprendre la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, l&rsquo;adaptation et la r\u00e9silience<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper la confiance en soi<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;auto-critique<\/li>\n<li>apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre ses forces<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9couvrir ses traits de caract\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper l&#8217;empathie et la gratitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En tant qu&rsquo;enseignante, je suis une fervente d\u00e9fenseuse du bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9tudiants et de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des programmes de bien-\u00eatre dans diff\u00e9rents contextes \u00e9ducatifs. Puisque la vie sera toujours parfois difficile, il est essentiel d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 se sentir potentiellement comp\u00e9tent pour faire face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes complexes et impr\u00e9visibles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mon aspiration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une de mes aspirations est de partager un avenir alternatif avec vous et de vous enseigner comment d\u00e9velopper votre r\u00e9silience face \u00e0 l&rsquo;adversit\u00e9. Il semble de plus en plus vital que l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 de telles connaissances soit disponible, surtout lorsque le d\u00e9sespoir et le stress peuvent trop souvent mener \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale.
